		<description>Another great post! I am learning a lot from this.  Alli / GSK had a branded blog - but as far as i remember it didnt work out too well (i think site is down). I like the input about channels vs branded communities. No matter how You call it - i also think expert knowledge and feeling there is somebody You can trust in a specific field and who actually cares is priceless but not that easy to build.</description>
