No, Pharma’s Digital Future Isn’t All Social Media

I’ve been working on this article for a while and the good people at AdAge decided they’d like to put it on their website in the DigitalNext section. Here’s how it starts:

Fair warning, my original version is a bit longer (and has more predictions), but I also couldn’t help writing it as though I was speaking from the future. Don’t know why. Call it poetic license.
